Michael Gabarczyk is a Project Manager in Stream Phoenix’s office, where he is responsible for a range of services, including project management, construction management, and development management in Greater Phoenix and additional markets, including Arizona, California, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Georgia. Before joining Stream, Michael refined his skills at Greystar, where he played a pivotal role on the Arizona property management team. His responsibilities extended beyond this position, as he collaborated with land brokers and master plan developers in Arizona, demonstrating his versatility and expertise within the region’s real estate landscape. At Stream, Michael has made significant contributions to various projects, including industrial tenant improvements, life science build-outs, Class A tenant improvements, and call centers. Notably, he was instrumental in a successful $30 million building renovation. His impact extends further, having been an essential member of the project team responsible for managing over 1,000,000 square feet of tenant improvements totaling a remarkable $80 million in construction value.
Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Michael has called Arizona home for the past seven years. His commitment to education is evident in his academic achievements; he graduated from Arizona State University with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and, before that, a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance, with a minor in Real Estate. His academic prowess and hands-on experience make him a valuable asset to Stream’s construction management and real estate development team.
