Professional Experience
Michael Johnson is an Associate with the Occupier Services division in Stream’s Southern California office. In this role, he represents office and industrial tenants, advising occupiers on site selection, lease negotiations, and real estate strategy across the Orange County market. Michael’s focus includes building new client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that align with each tenant’s operational and business objectives.
Prior to joining Stream, Michael worked as an Associate for Johnson Commercial Real Estate. With more than four years of commercial real estate and construction experience, Michael brings a technical foundation that informs his understanding of both office and industrial facilities and their functional requirements for occupiers.
