Michael Krzewicki joined Stream Chicago’s Marketing team in 2025, bringing almost 20 years of experience in the Chicagoland commercial real estate industry. He has worked for US Equities Realty, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield, creating visual communication solutions for business development presentations, property marketing, and thought leadership collateral for office, retail, and industrial markets. Michael has created graphic design deliverables for such noteworthy properties as Willis Tower, 515 N State, 840 N Michigan, MetraMarket, 150 N Riverside, and 500 W Madison. Michael has also created business development presentations and thought leadership pieces for property owners such as Blackstone, Brookfield, Prologis, Amazon, and Google.
