Professional Experience
Michael Morrone is Vice President, Director of Research for Stream. He oversees long-term data projects and the application of research initiatives for the Chicago office. Michael interacts regularly with brokers and revenue producers across several business lines with an eye on developing thought leadership pieces and other impactful content that provides insight and urgency for business pursuits. Michael is additionally responsible for the creation of Stream’s quarterly market reviews, which quantitatively summarize trends in the Chicago commercial real estate market.
Prior to Stream, Michael was a Research Director with NAI Hiffman, and before that, an Associate Research Director of Chicago Research with Cushman & Wakefield.
