Michael Ofoegbu works as an Associate with Stream’s Industrial Division in the Inland Empire office. Working closely with Brad Yates and Stefan Pastor, he focuses on industrial properties throughout the West Inland Empire, supporting owner-users and tenants with leasing and sales solutions.
Michael contributes to the team through market research, prospect tracking, and client outreach while developing his expertise in cold calling, financial analysis, and deal structuring to build a strong foundation in industrial real estate. He brings persistence, discipline, and a strong team-oriented approach to every assignment, enhancing the value he provides to clients and colleagues.
