Professional Experience
Michaela Roberts joined Stream in October 2016 and currently serves as a Senior Construction Manager on the firm’s Construction Management & Development team in Atlanta.
She is primarily responsible for overseeing and executing interior buildouts as well as capital improvement projects from conception to completion on behalf of the firm’s institutional and private clients. Michaela is actively managing several large projects in Midtown and Buckhead which span across 100,000 square feet of office product, totaling over $11 million in capital oversight.
Prior to joining Stream’s Construction Management & Development team, Michaela served as a valued member in Stream’s Property Management division for over five years. While on the Property Management team, she managed a multitude of asset types from retail, office, data center, and mixed-use. Michaela’s tenure in property management allowed her to enhance her knowledge of the industry and developed her passion for real estate. She credits her foundation in property management for her success in her current role in construction.
