Professional Experience
Mike Berringer joined Stream Realty Partners in 2025 as a Construction Manager, bringing a decade of diverse experience across architecture, design-build, and advanced fabrication technologies. In his role, Mike supports the execution of tenant improvements, ground-up development, and repositioning strategies, emphasizing practical constructability, digital workflow integration, and cost-conscious innovation.
Prior to joining Stream, Mike served as a Project Manager at Acuform Architecture, where he led fast-track rollout programs for major commercial clients, developed BIM workflows for accelerated delivery, and coordinated projects from schematic design through construction closeout. He also held roles at Open Studio Architecture and RYB Studio, where he helped implement new tilt-wall construction standards and developed Revit-based project delivery systems for a wide range of asset types, including retail, hospitality, and office.
Outside of commercial construction, Mike has co-founded and operated multiple ventures, including Astroport Space Technologies—where he co-developed a patented lunar construction system—and Ace Handyman Services San Antonio, where he led a team of skilled tradespeople while developing systems for operational and financial performance. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has additional background in civil engineering. He is passionate about building things that work, whether on Earth or beyond.
