Professional Experience
Miller Luhan is an Analyst with the Industrial division in Stream’s Austin office. In this role, Miller leverages her strong foundation in analytics and market research to support both landlord and tenant representation teams in facilitating transactions across the Austin-metro portfolio.
Prior to joining Stream in 2025, Miller earned her BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, where she developed a passion for real estate through hands-on internships—including with Stream’s Austin industrial team—and active involvement in the UT Real Estate Center. Her energy, curiosity, and people-first mindset continue to drive her professional growth and enthusiasm for contributing to impactful, fast-paced projects.
