Molly Robottom serves as Senior Vice President of Recruiting and is primarily responsible for implementing, driving and managing all aspects of our national recruiting platform for both the transactional and property services divisions. Additionally, Molly is responsible for acquiring and retaining top-tier talent and increasing the firm's financial position through firm-wide recruiting initiatives.

Prior to joining Stream Realty, Molly served as the Recruiter for McKinsey & Company, a global private management consulting firm, and was instrumental in managing the full-time and internship recruiting efforts for the firm's southern region involving over 1,000 applicants each year.
