Monica brings over 15 years of property management, construction management, contract administration, budgeting and staff leadership experience in the real estate industry to Stream. Her portfolios have included Class “A” high-rise office buildings, suburban office parks, industrial parks and medical office buildings.

Prior to joining Stream, Monica was a Property Manager with Daniel Realty, CBRE, and Barry Real Estate overseeing management for multiple buildings in their portfolio.  During the past 2 years, Monica completed over $2.2 million in capital improvements to include lobby and common area renovations, restroom renovations, EMS replacement, Exterior Façade Waterproofing/Repairs, Parking Lot Crackseal and TI Build-outs.  Her primary responsibilities involve day-to-day operations and tenant relations as well as a focus on refurbishment of the properties. She excitedly joined Stream in 2015 at Royal Centre in Alpharetta to implement the same management plan with Stream at the properties.
