Mustafa Ali is a Portfolio Manager with Stream’s Investment Management Platform, which currently manages five opportunistic discretionary funds and separate account mandates totaling over $1.7 Billion of equity. Mustafa provides leadership and direction across Stream on its overall investment thesis and process.

Mustafa is responsible for the portfolio management of Stream’s discretionary funds and the full investment lifecycle including acquisitions, financing, asset management, and dispositions. Since joining Stream, Mustafa has led approximately $1.7 Billion of acquisitions and developments totaling 13.4 million square feet. Mustafa is a member of Stream’s Investment Committee and Stream of Color committee.

Mustafa began his career at Pine River Capital Management where he worked on their equity long/short value fund team. At Pine River, he focused on fundamental research, quantitative analysis, market research, and portfolio management. Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business School. While at the University of Texas, he was in the Financial Analyst Program. Mustafa is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
