Nathan Fleet

Nathan Fleet joined Stream in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President of Development & Construction for the Austin region. Nathan is responsible for all aspects of the development process, including site evaluations, underwriting, acquisitions, entitlements, design, bidding, construction and delivery. Nathan predominately focuses on ground up and major repositioning developments in the office, industrial and retail sectors.

Nathan has over 10 years of experience building and developing within the Austin area and has delivered over 2.6 million square feet throughout his career to date. Prior to joining Stream, Nathan spent time as a Project Manager and Estimator for the Beck Group, working on health care and office projects and as a Project Manager for Signature Homes overseeing the construction of luxury custom homes.
