Professional Experience
Nathan Fleet joined Stream Realty Partners in 2021 serving as Development & Construction Manager for the Office and Industrial Development Team in Austin. Nathan is responsible for managing budgets, design, bids, contracts, entitlements, permitting, and overall construction of ground-up development projects.
Prior to joining Stream, Nathan worked as a Project Manager and Estimator for the Beck Group, primarily working on healthcare and high-rise office projects, and as a Project Manager for Signature Homes, building luxury custom homes in the Austin area.
