Professional Experience
Nicholas Kreuter is a Senior Director with the Industrial Development Services division in Stream’s Southern California office. In this role, Nick represents investors and capital partners in the acquisition, entitlement, and construction of industrial developments across Southern California and the greater Western Region. His focus includes managing all stages of development—from due diligence and entitlements to design coordination, permitting, and construction execution—while ensuring each project aligns with Stream’s commitment to quality, schedule, and community impact.
Since joining Stream in 2022, Nick has led several high-profile infill and large-scale industrial developments, including the 101 Logistics Center in Oxnard, as well as projects in Menifee, Santa Ana, and Rialto. With more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience, he has delivered industrial, office, retail, and multifamily projects throughout every stage of the development cycle.
Prior to joining Stream, Nick held senior development and construction roles with Pacific Industrial, Rexford Industrial, and WestStar Property Development. At Pacific Industrial, he managed the entitlement and construction of multiple Southern California infill projects located in Vernon, Compton, and Fullerton.
