Professional Experience
Nicholas Kreuter joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 as a Senior Director for the Industrial Development Services team in Irvine, California. Nick is responsible for managing all entitlement and construction efforts for Stream’s industrial development platform in Southern California. With over 17 years of experience, he has successfully managed all stages of development for industrial, office, retail, and multifamily assets, including project feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, conceptual design, permitting, community outreach, procurement, design team selection, and construction oversight.
Prior to joining Stream, Nick held development and construction-related roles for Pacific Industrial, Rexford Industrial, and WestStar Property Development. In his role with Pacific Industrial, he managed the entitlement and construction of three California infill industrial projects located at 3430 E 26th Street in Vernon, 15650 Avalon Boulevard in Compton, and 1901 Via Burton in Fullerton.
Nick is a graduate of California State University with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He is also OSHA 30 certified and holds a Class B, General Building Contractor’s license.
