Nick Baldwin is a commercial real estate advisor with Stream Realty Partners’ Office Occupier Services team in Tampa. He works with office occupiers to evaluate and execute real estate strategies that support their operational and business objectives. His experience includes tenant and landlord representation, strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiations, portfolio management, and occupancy strategy.
Before joining Stream, Nick worked in tenant representation at CBRE’s Tampa office.
