Nick Jones is an Associate Program Manager within Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform, where he combines project management expertise with a strong background in industrial engineering and supply chain analysis. He supports project execution through scheduling, vendor coordination, budget and pay application review, and quality oversight—helping ensure each project meets performance, cost, and timeline objectives.
Nick brings an analytical and data-driven approach to program management, developing tools that integrate real estate, labor, and logistics data to inform client decision-making. His models and dashboards visualize key variables such as transportation costs, workforce accessibility, and facility performance, improving operational visibility and efficiency across projects.
Since joining Stream, Nick has contributed to more than a dozen industrial and supply chain projects for clients such as ABB, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Monin, and CFX. His work supports multiple project phases—from early market analysis and site selection to cost modeling and decommissioning—bridging technical detail with practical execution to deliver measurable results.
