Nicole Khadivi

Nicole Khadivi is a Vice President of Office Property Management with Stream Chicago. Nicole represents ownership for a 820,422 square foot Class A commercial office building. Her focus includes leading the on-site team in all day-to-day operations to ensure the site is maintained as best-in-class, as well as overseeing the financial performance of the building.

Prior to joining Stream, Nicole was a Property Manager at The John Buck Company. With over a decade of experience in commercial property management, Nicole has managed both a historical landmark building and a new development with modern amenities, giving her broad expertise across various property types. Her career began as a Tenant Services Coordinator, and her progression through various roles has given her an in-depth understanding of property management at all levels.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and painting.
