Olesia supports Stream’s National Marketing Team as the Regional GIS Manager, Central West. In this role, Olesia is continually managing data from a variety of sources and exploring strategic applications to understand and present data for our clients and brokers. Olesia creates a variety of maps, applications, and dashboards that demonstrate spatial patterns, trends, growth, change, proximity, predictions for the future, and more, creating value for our clients.
Previously, Olesia served as a GIS Analyst in Stream’s Southern California office and later as a member of the National Marketing team from 2019-to 2021. Prior to joining Stream, she worked at Maryland Transportation Authority in Maryland, Streetsense in Maryland, and the City of Anaheim in California. Her project was published in ESRI Map Book Volume 29, 2014. This project evaluated and compared the position and thickness of Antarctica’s Abbot Ice Shelf in 2002 vs 2012. Then using wind data and the results of the image difference, a prediction of further change of the Abbot Ice Shelf was made for the year 2022.
