Oni Boodoo is a Development Services Financial Analyst in Stream’s Dallas office assisting with asset management, underwriting and financial analysis for office and industrial opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth, greater Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, and East Coast markets.
Prior to her current role, Oni worked as a Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs and held roles at CBRE supporting both portfolio and escrow operations. With experience spanning commercial real estate and financial services, she has developed expertise in investment analysis, credit assessment, and portfolio management. Throughout her career, Oni has contributed to high-value transactions, complex financial modeling, and the delivery of actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
In her free time, Oni enjoys indoor cycling, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
