Paige Korte joined Stream in 2021 and serves as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Chicago office. She specializes in tenant representation and occupier strategy, partnering with clients to develop and execute real estate plans that align with their business goals. Her work spans leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities across local and national markets.
Before joining Stream, Paige began her real estate career at Avison Young, representing ownership groups on leasing and asset repositioning assignments. That perspective enables her to negotiate from a place of understanding, delivering clarity and value throughout the process.
