Professional Experience
Parker Byrd joined Stream Realty Partners in 2023 and serves as an Associate with the Carolinas Industrial Team. Parker’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Leasing, Market Research, Tenant Representation, and Landlord Representation.
Parker graduated from the University of North Carolina, where he earned a BA in Economics. He was also a 4-year letter winner on the Men’s Lacrosse team. Parker’s energy, character, and resiliency are proving to be beneficial to Stream Realty.
