Parker Noble is a Senior Associate at Stream, where he specializes in strategic marketing, leasing, market analysis, and business development across Houston’s office market. He represents institutional owners, private equity groups, and local ownership to develop data‑driven strategies that enhance asset performance and create long‑term value.
Beginning his career as an Analyst, he built a strong foundation by working alongside respected industry leaders and developing a deep understanding of Houston’s evolving office landscape. Over the course of his career, he has completed over 160 transactions totaling more than 800,000 square feet and $110 million in gross consideration. His progression from Analyst to Senior Associate reflects his commitment to excellence, consistent performance, and continuous professional growth.
Early in his career, he was selected for the NAIOP Developing Leader Mentor Program, where he gained valuable insight through mentorship and collaboration with experienced real estate professionals. This experience helped shape his approach to the business and reinforced the importance of relationships and knowledge‑sharing within the industry.
He remains actively involved in NAIOP and currently serves on the Developing Leaders Council, where he continues to seek opportunities to contribute to the commercial real estate community and support the next generation of industry professionals. Most recently, he was the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA) Landlord Representative Rising Star recipient, which is awarded to a professional who has been in the landlord representative business for less than five years, has had a significant role in a transaction, and is the future of the commercial real estate industry.
