Professional Experience
Parker Noble serves as a Senior Associate for Stream Houston’s office division representing institutional owners, private equity, asset management firms, and local ownership groups across the city. His primary responsibilities include strategic marketing and leasing of office properties, analyzing trends in Houston’s office market, identifying and underwriting investment opportunities, and business development.
Parker joined Stream in 2022 as an Analyst, supporting both the office landlord and tenant representation teams in Houston. In this role, he concentrated on building expertise on the Houston office market while gaining valuable experience alongside industry leaders.
