Professional Experience
Patrick Daugherty serves as Vice President and Distribution Lead within Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. With more than 18 years of experience in program and project management, Patrick specializes in retail and e-commerce distribution facilities, including omni-channel, regional, last-mile, and first-mile fulfillment. His expertise spans every phase of project delivery—from pre-construction, site due diligence, and design coordination to construction oversight and closeout.
Patrick is known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, leading ground-up, build-to-suit, and tenant improvement projects that deliver measurable value for owners, occupiers, and investors. His leadership ensures efficiency and cost control across project teams through schedule and budget management, value engineering, constructibility reviews, and coordination of material handling and automation systems.
Before joining Stream, Patrick spent more than eight years with JLL as Vice President within the Industrial Project & Development Services group in Atlanta, where he managed large-scale industrial projects nationwide. Prior to that, he served as a Project Manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, delivering ground-up developments, renovations, and tenant improvements across sectors including industrial, research, sports, retail, and corporate facilities.
