Patrick Welmer is a Property Manager in Stream’s Austin market. In his role, Patrick leads the property management operations at RiverSouth, a Class AA, 373,000 intelligent building located in the bustling South Central Waterfront District of Austin. With a strong skill set in tenant and vendor relations, managing diverse teams, and all around relational communication, he thrives on ensuring seamless day-to-day property operations.
Patrick joined Stream in 2021, bringing seven years of commercial and industrial real estate experience. His previous portfolio consisted of Class AA, LEED-certified, office high-rises for distinguished clients equaling over 1.5 million-square-feet. Patrick was a part of Stream’s Dallas market for four years before transitioning to Austin in 2026. He is an active member of BOMA’s since 2021, fostering as a participant in the future leadership programs. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling and giving the best adventures to his two golden retrievers.
