Professional Experience
Paul joined Stream in 2021 as an Executive Vice President, focused on providing his clients with the best service from the most effective platform. Concentrating solely on the industrial market with a specialty in properties with yard area and outside storage, he and his team offer top-tier representation throughout the Denver Metro area and Front Range. Paul has represented Sturgeon Electric, Asphalt Specialties, The City and County of Denver, and many other local and national firms while working in the industry.
Prior to joining Stream, Paul spent eight years as the top industrial broker at NAI Shames Makovsky where he represented buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords throughout the Denver Metro Area. His knowledge and understanding of the market and local jurisdictions have enabled him to work successfully with local and national investment firms like Industrial Outdoor Ventures, JM Pacific, and Stonemont Financial.
Prior to NAI, Paul worked as Senior Managing Director with The Staubach Company after getting his start in the industry with Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado.
