Pierce Beyer is a Senior Business Operations Analyst in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, Pierce supports office tenant representation efforts by leveraging his brokerage and operational background to support research and data-driven decision-making. His focus includes comps database management, process optimization, compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the operational rollout of Stream’s proprietary comps database.
Prior to joining Stream, Pierce worked in office tenant representation, advising clients on space acquisition, lease negotiations, and market strategy. He also worked in corporate contract administration within the oil and gas industry, where he developed skills in database management and operational efficiency. With more than five years of combined commercial real estate and corporate operations experience, Pierce brings a diverse skill set that bridges brokerage expertise with operational strategy.
