Quin Ryan is a Vice President with the Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Atlanta office. In this role, Quin represents corporate office occupiers, advising current and prospective tenants on their real estate strategies. Quin’s focus includes building and nurturing long-term client relationships, delivering strategic and dynamic solutions, and growing Stream’s tenant representation platform in the Atlanta market.
Quin has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience across several of the industry’s leading firms, including Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield. She has deep experience in office tenant representation, corporate transaction management, and corporate account management. Quin brings her expertise advising Fortune 500 companies on acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, workplace strategy, and portfolio strategy to her tenant representation practice. At Cushman & Wakefield, Quin served as Global Head of Corporate Real Estate, leading the firm’s efforts to consolidate offices across 150 markets and maximize efficiencies following the merger with DTZ.
Most recently, Quin spent six years as a major gift fundraiser with the Atlanta Humane Society—a career move driven by a deep personal passion for animal welfare and a desire to make a meaningful difference. In that role, Quin raised more than $3 million by applying the same relationship-driven approach that has defined her entire career: earning trust through transparency, consistent follow-through, and a genuine commitment to the people she serves.
