Rachael Ryan is a Brokerage Coordinator for Stream Realty. As a State of Illinois Licensed Broker and member of the tenant representation team, Rachael specializes in aligning businesses with their ideal spaces. She focuses on ensuring successful real estate strategy implementations for Stream’s clients and prospects through deep market knowledge and research, building surveys, assisting with tours and by coordinating field resources in support of lease renewals, expansions, and relocations. Her passion lies in creating lasting partnerships and leveraging the power of physical space to positively influence organizational culture, driving businesses towards success.
Having grown up in Chicago, Rachael has an intimate connection with her city. Before joining Stream, she interned at JLL where she deepened her expertise in incentive research, market analysis, and advanced technologies for portfolio management. Rachael’s account management internship at FCB Chicago provided valuable insights into client relationship dynamics and creative development. In addition, her work with Midwest Commercial Real Estate in Madison, WI honed skills in research, contract drafting, and portfolio management.
Rachael graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Marketing. She also minored in digital studies and graphic design. She actively participates in CREW, YOBA, and supports Mercy Home for Boys and Girls and Catholic Extension Society.
