Professional Experience
Rayane Plyler serves as Managing Director for Project Management and Development Services in Stream’s Florida market and thrives on assembling and driving highly successful delivery teams for clients while continuously promoting an environment of collaboration, communication and transparency. She has designed and managed multiple project types—from arenas to out-parcel retail developments and much in between—and is knowledgeable in every aspect of the development process, from site acquisition, entitlements, and due diligence to vertical construction and tenant improvements.
Prior to joining Stream, Rayane spent 10 years at JLL, where she was a Senior Vice President and PDS Florida Market Lead, and eight years at BDG Architects as a Project Architect. With a primary focus on office headquarters and hospitality, her experience includes high-end tenant interiors, retail, hotel new-builds and renovations, and industrial projects throughout Florida. Her clients have included T. Rowe Price, Visit Tampa Bay, Envision Physician Services, Microsoft, and Raymond James.
Rayane’s notable work includes serving as the lead Project Manager for the Walt Disney Company on a $35 million strategic renovation and relocation plan in Orlando, Florida, and completing a four-year phased renovation of The Don Cesar, a 100-year-old Host Hotels & Resorts property in St. Pete Beach, Florida. She was also the Account Lead for the Greystar and Envision Healthcare office portfolios nationally. Additional headquarters projects include Spirit Airlines in Dania Beach, TECO/Emera in Tampa, and Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Orlando. She also supported Feeding America at its 200,000-square-foot distribution and community engagement facility in Tampa and led delivery teams for Raymond James hub locations in New York, Tampa, and Memphis.
