Professional Experience
Rhett Delk is a Senior Vice President with the Industrial Services division in Stream’s Atlanta office. In this role, Rhett represents occupiers, owners, and developers on a wide range of industrial real estate assignments throughout the United States. His focus includes tenant representation, agency leasing, owner-occupied acquisitions and dispositions, sale-leasebacks, portfolio optimization, and strategic site selection.
Prior to joining Stream, Rhett served as Senior Vice President at Cresa Atlanta, where he specialized in occupier representation for industrial clients nationwide. Throughout his career, Rhett has developed customized real estate solutions that help clients achieve operational efficiencies, maximize value, and support long-term business objectives.
