Professional Experience
Rob Williams serves as Vice President for Stream Carolinas’s industrial division and is based in Greenville, South Carolina. He is responsible for the growth of Stream’s brokerage services platform in Upstate South Carolina. Rob’s industrial expertise includes leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, and dispositions of manufacturing, distribution, and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets for owners and occupiers alike.
Prior to Rob’s role in Upstate South Carolina, he served as Submarket Leader in Atlanta’s premier industrial submarket, the Northeast I-85 Corridor. Rob’s experience representing national occupiers locally in Atlanta eventually led to transactions spanning from coast to coast. His tenant representation team managed assignments in a variety of major U.S. industrial markets such as Los Angeles, CA; Indianapolis, IN; Houston, TX; Pittsburgh, PA; and Charleston, SC.
Before joining Stream, Rob received his Master of Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina.
