Professional Experience
Robby Davis started at Stream Realty Partners in January 2023 as a Managing Director and Co-Lead of Nashville’s Office Division. He is responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales, and property management.
Robby served as an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield prior to moving to Stream. He started his career more than 16 years ago as a broker at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, which later became Cassidy Turley, which was acquired by DTZ and later Cushman & Wakefield. He specializes in office landlord leasing and owner/occupier sales. During his tenure, he completed more than $2.5 billion in leasing and sales transactions of more than 5 million square feet.
In his free time, Robby enjoys traveling with his wife and three children, coaching his sons’ sports teams, duck hunting, and golfing.
