Since joining Stream in 2014, Ryan Boozer has completed 975+ transactions for more than 46 million square feet, totaling $1.7+ billion in transaction volume. He is a Vice Chairman and Partner, leading the firm’s Industrial division in Dallas, Texas. Ryan is responsible for managing and directing all industrial tenant representation while continuing to offer his clients national portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, investment sales, and development services.
