Professional Experience
Ryan Garcia serves as an Associate with the Industrial division in Stream’s Austin location. In this role, he helps drive investment sales initiatives, guiding clients through acquisitions and dispositions of industrial, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), and land assets throughout Austin and nearby submarkets. Ryan is actively involved in identifying off-market opportunities, conducting financial analyses, and developing tailored marketing strategies that maximize value for property owners, investors, and developers.
Prior to joining Stream, Ryan began his career with Lee & Associates, where he focused on investment sales and both landlord & tenant representation. His strong analytical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to client success allow him to deliver meaningful results and build lasting relationships throughout the commercial real estate industry.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time on the golf course, hunting, and watching the Longhorns play on Saturdays.
