Ryan Orput is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Tenant Advisor at Stream Realty Partners. Based in Chicago, he represents occupiers locally as well as national and global clients, helping them identify and secure office space that aligns with their people, operations, and long-term goals. Ryan builds real estate strategies that consider workflow, commute patterns, culture, and growth plans to deliver spaces that work today and position teams for what is next.
Before commercial real estate, Ryan played Division I football at Miami University while studying business at the Farmer School of Business. That experience forged the discipline, resilience, and competitive edge he brings to every assignment. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, golfing, biking outdoors, and watching films from directors like Quentin Tarantino and Christopher Nolan.
