Sally Zesut is a top-producing and successful real estate professional in Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office, serving clients throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, she advises occupiers, owners, and investors on office and industrial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio strategy.
Known for her ability to connect people, opportunities, and solutions, Sally helps clients navigate complex real estate challenges by bringing together the right resources, expertise, and strategy. Her collaborative approach and broad market knowledge have made her a trusted advisor to companies ranging from growing private businesses to national organizations.
Prior to joining Stream, Sally served as a Senior Vice President at Avison Young. Throughout her career, she has completed significant office and industrial transactions, including a tenant representation assignment exceeding one million square feet and the acquisition and lease-up of a major industrial property in Inglewood.
Sally has consistently earned recognition throughout her career for her leadership and accomplishments in commercial real estate, including Los Angeles Business Journal Women’s Leadership Awards, Los Angeles Times Inspirational Women Forum and Leadership, GlobeSt. Women of Influence, Costar Quarterly Power Broker, among other industry distinctions.
Beyond her work with clients, Sally is actively involved with the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate as a Sustaining Board Member and serves on the California State University, Los Angeles Foundation Board.
