Professional Experience
Sally Zesut is a Senior Vice President with the Office Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, Sally represents corporate occupiers and advises clients across all stages of their real estate needs, from initial site selection and portfolio strategy to lease negotiations, construction, and move-in. Sally’s focus includes tenant representation for local, national, and international requirements, workplace strategy, and aligning clients’ real estate strategies with their broader organizational goals.
Prior to joining Stream, Sally worked as a Senior Vice President for Avison Young. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Sally has represented a diverse range of occupiers—from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies—and advised on notable assets including Wilshire Courtyard, a 1 million-square-foot premier entertainment office property in Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile.
