Professional Experience
Sam Harrell is an Associate with Stream’s industrial tenant representation division in the Dallas office. In this role, Sam represents corporate industrial occupiers both in Dallas and across the United States. Within his two-year tenure at Stream, Sam has delivered more than 60 transactions exceeding $160 million in value. Sam’s expertise in occupier services has enabled him to drive growth and profitability for his clients while delivering exceptional client services.
Prior to joining Stream, Sam attended the University of Alabama. While there, he served on the boards of several campus organizations such as Capstone Men in Business, Culverhouse Real Estate Society, National Wildlife Turkey Federation, and Delta Waterfowl Capstone Chapter.
Sam is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Southern Methodist University in its PMBA night program.
