Professional Experience
Samantha Smith is an Associate Director of Property Management for Stream’s Atlanta market with over 25 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. With a focus on the fiscal analysis and operational success of the various product types in the Stream Atlanta Property Management portfolio, Samantha brings solid experience to clients and tenants.
Prior to joining Stream, Samantha was a Senior Regional Property Manager for RCG Ventures, managing over 3.0 million square feet of anchor-based retail centers, strip centers, open and enclosed shopping malls, and stand-alone retail across the Northern Part of the United States, as well as South Georgia and Florida. Samantha has also worked for The Meddin Company, as a Property Manager and Property Accountant, and specialized in the management of boutique retail centers and mixed-use development throughout Metro Atlanta. Samantha began her career at Colliers International, as a brokerage assistant, office manager, and marketing director.
