Scott Aarvig

Scott Aarvig joined Stream in 2024, bringing more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has managed diverse portfolios, including Class A office high-rises and suburban retail centers, for prominent clients such as CALSTRS, Lionstone Investment Partners, and Blackstone Investments.

Currently, Scott oversees property management operations at RiverSouth, a 373,000-square-foot, Class AA smart building in Austin’s South Central Waterfront District. His expertise in managing cutting-edge facilities and overseeing diverse teams ensures the smooth operation of this state-of-the-art property.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from Texas A&M University (2011) and earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2017. In 2018, he was honored with the IREM National 30 Under 30 award. He is an active member of IREM and BOMA and currently serves on the board of IREM Austin. Outside of work, Scott enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his young family, including two toddlers who do a fantastic job of always keeping him on his toes.
