Professional Experience
Scott Polinski is a Senior Vice President with the Industrial Services division in Stream’s Atlanta office. In this role, Scott represents occupiers, owners, and developers on industrial leasing and advisory assignments throughout the Southeast. His focus includes tenant representation, agency leasing, site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimization.
Prior to joining Stream, Scott served as Senior Vice President at Cresa Atlanta. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he has advised a diverse range of occupiers and institutional property owners on office and industrial real estate strategies. Known for his strategic approach and deep understanding of market dynamics, Scott develops customized solutions that help clients maximize value while minimizing risk.
