Professional Experience
Scott Thetford is a Managing Director at Stream on the firm’s investment management team. His responsibilities include coordinating with the Investment Management team and other offices to ensure platform projects are being executed in accordance with the fund’s initiatives.
Prior to joining Stream, Scott started his career with a national general contractor where he spent the better part of 17 years. He has participated in over $1 billion of development projects across all project types totaling over 7 million square feet.
Mr. Thetford received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
