Sebastian Bernt is an Associate in Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, Sebastian supports leasing strategy, market analysis, and transaction execution for a diverse client base, including professional services firms, creative companies, and institutional owners. He brings a background in both office tenant representation and capital markets, allowing him to provide data-driven insights and strategic solutions tailored to client objectives.
Prior to joining Stream, Sebastian served as an Associate at Avison Young and previously worked in capital markets at Marcus & Millichap, where he focused on the sale of retail and office properties throughout Los Angeles.
