Professional Experience
Sharlyne Friedrich Stream Realty Partners in 2021 as a Senior Property Manager. She brings with her over 32 years of property management experience. In this role, Sharlyne will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of 154,000 square feet of office property in San Antonio, Texas.
Prior to Stream, Sharlyne was senior property manager of over 2 million square feet of retail property for Weingarten Realty. In addition, she also leased a portion of the company’s office property in Texas. Furthermore, she has also managed industrial and retail property for companies in Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, Chicago, and Oklahoma.
