Shay Pope

Shay Pope joined Stream’s South Florida office in 2023 as Managing Director and Executive Vice President. He brings 24 years of corporate real estate advisory experience across a broad range of industries, including law firms, financial services, alternative investments, healthcare, and technology. Shay specializes in developing and implementing strategic plans that align clients’ real estate and human capital strategies with their long-term organizational goals.

Prior to joining Stream, Shay was a senior occupier leader for CBRE’s South Florida market for over 10 years. He also spent more than eight years at Newmark, where he helped spearhead the opening and growth of the South Florida office in 2005. Over the course of his career, Shay has been involved in more than six million square feet of transactions across Florida and nationally, including headquarters lease restructures, new leases, capital markets-driven lease structuring, and workplace transformation initiatives.

Shay has been frequently quoted in major industry and business publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Law, Business Insider, and South Florida Business Journal.
