Simone Ryan is a Property Manager with the Property Management division in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, Simone manages a portfolio of retail properties totaling over 150,000 square feet throughout the Houston metro area. Her focus includes delivering strong financial results, building lasting relationships with tenants and vendors, and a steadfast commitment to Stream’s core values—smart, honest, nice, and passionate—in every aspect of her work.
Prior to joining Stream, Simone served as a Property Manager at JLL, where she managed a portfolio of open-air retail properties in the Houston metro area totaling over 400,000 square feet and led capital improvement projects, budgeting, and vendor coordination to ensure operational excellence. She also worked with Healthcare Realty Services, supporting Class A medical properties and overseeing national facility management systems. With more than 15 years of property management experience, Simone brings expertise, integrity, and a passion for client service to every project.
