Professional Experience
Stefan Pastor is an Executive Vice President with the Industrial Services division in Stream’s Inland Empire office. In this role, he focuses on building Stream’s industrial brokerage platform in Southern California’s Inland Empire, with responsibilities spanning acquisitions, investment sales, land transactions, leasing services, development projects, and tenant representation.
In addition to his brokerage work, Stefan plays a key role in growing the Stream brand and recruiting top professionals to join the company’s expanding platform.
