Stefan Pastor joined Stream Realty Partners in March 2022 as Senior Vice President. He will be focused on building Stream’s industrial brokerage platform in Southern California’s Inland Empire. His responsibilities will include sourcing and executing new acquisitions opportunities, investment sales, land sales, leasing service business, and developments along with recruiting and training team members.

Stefan previously worked at Colliers International, where he specialized in industrial investment and user sales on industrial properties in the Inland Empire since 2011. He is credited for a $33.8 million sale on an 89,015 -square-foot building in Pomona, a $33.2 million sale on a 136,013 square-foot industrial building in Fontana, and a successful lease representation for a 188,546 square-foot property in Redlands. Prior to Colliers, Stefan had internships at two real estate companies–Omni New York LLC and Ranch & Coast Investments–along with an internship at Merrill Lynch.
