Professional Experience
Prior to Stream, Steve served as an Executive Vice President at Transwestern where he specialized in the leasing and sales of industrial and office properties in the Washington metro area with representation of both tenants/landlords and buyers/sellers. He has more than 37 years of commercial real estate experience, leasing and selling in excess of 29 million square feet throughout the Washington and Baltimore metro areas. Before joining Transwestern, Steve was Regional Vice President at Seefried Properties where he played a pivotal role in securing industrial build-to-suit and development projects in the Washington/Baltimore region. He supervised land acquisitions, permit procedures, architectural design, construction, and leasing. In addition, Steve was responsible for acquiring 154 acres of land, developing over 1,000,000 square feet of industrial buildings and selling 80 acres of land. And prior to Seefried, Steve had a nearly decade long tenure at Prologis as Leasing Director and Market Officer where he assumed executive responsibilities for a 6.5 million-square-foot portfolio located in Virginia and Maryland and oversaw all day-to-day operations, including development, marketing, leasing, and property management in Virginia and Maryland. Between both Seefried and Prologis, Steve developed approximately 5 million square feet of industrial build-to-suit and development projects.
