Professional Experience
Stephen started at Stream Realty Partners in July 2022 as a Vice President of Investment Sales. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new acquisition and disposition opportunities and growing the firm’s brand presence in the Nashville market. He handles all phases of the investment sales process, providing clients with underwriting and valuation services, due diligence, and closing coordination.
Prior to joining Stream, Stephen worked at Hickory Capital Group, a self-storage acquisition and development company, where he served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development. He has worked at firms including Grubb & Ellis, Urban Grout Commercial Real Estate, and Avison Young.
Stephen enjoys golfing, cooking, and watching University of Tennessee football in his free time.
